ALL SOFT is a powdered blend of emulsifiers and enzymes to improve softness in all yeast raised goods. Crumb softness is extended through the use of the latest enzyme technology. Usage is 1-2% of flour weight. Packed in a 50 lb. multi walled paper bag.
