E – Z 1 is a dough conditioner designed to improve all flat breads, including Pita breads and pizza doughs. E – Z 1 incorporates the latest culture technology so that flat breads will have improved fermentation and flavor. Use 1-2% based on flour weight. Packed in a 50 lb. multi walled paper bag.
