EURO 5

EURO 5 is an all-purpose bromate free bread base, for use in the production of breads, buns, rolls and bread sticks. EURO 5 will produce a pleasant fermented flavor with an eggshell style crust and superior crumb. EURO 5 will also extend shelf life and softness of fresh or frozen yeast raised baked goods. Use 5 % based on flour weight. Packed in a 50 lb. carton.
